THE POSITION
We are a 20 plus year old global automotive business management training and consulting firm who seeks a competent telesales recruiter (Group Membership Coordinator) to recruit qualified auto repair shops for our auto repair management focus groups. We are well-known throughout North America and recognized as the leader in our industry.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge for the Group Membership Coordinator (GMC) is to build up a large flow of clients in process leading to the accomplishment the established recruitment goals on a regular basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Group Membership Coordinator you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and prospective clients conveying the features and benefits of enrolling as a member of one of our cutting-edge focus groups. There are currently in excess of 50,000 existing clients or qualified prospects to be assigned and contacted.

THE POSITION
We are a 20 plus year old global automotive business management training and consulting firm who seeks a very capable and experienced Instructor / Coach to present field, classroom and online training to our automotive aftermarket auto repair shop clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Instructor / Coach you will be primarily responsible for presenting our business management and sales courses to our clients via field, our corporate classroom and online training sessions. In addition, you will be required to provide coaching, some administrative functions, phone shopping and other services to our clients.

Above average computer skills including the ability to fully utilize Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, Powerpoint., Word, and Excel, as well as keyboard 50 WPM |

Skills such as self-starter, detail oriented and very well organized |

A verifiable earnings history |

A verifiable good work attendance history |

Availability to work flexible hours and days |

A residence located within 20 miles of our facility in Federal Way, Washington |
