History of R. L. O'Connor & Associates, Inc.
Established in 1985 by Robert "Bob" OConnor, R. L. OConnor & Associates, Inc. has become widely recognized as the number one resource for training, consulting and products for the automotive service industry.
 |
From its humble beginnings as a home-based consulting business in the O’Connor home, to its current headquarters and state-of-the-art training centers in Federal Way, WA the company has grown in leaps and bounds.
Recognizing the need for highly-effective and industry-specific training for automotive service professionals, |
the company began offering workshops in 1988. In 1991, Bottom-Line Impact Groups® was founded to provide business owners with a long-term continuous improvement process and support network that would allow them to enjoy more success and higher profits.
The Service Advisor Academy began in 2004 to provide Service Advisors with advanced sales training and an implementation accountability process to boost their sales skills, which would lead to increased profits for their shops.
At the same time, Instructor-led LIVE Online training was introduced for both managers/owners and service advisors. LIVE Online training delivers, via the Internet, the same high-quality workshops that the company has become renown for directly to shop locations across North America.
Throughout the years, the company has continuously researched and developed new and better ways to deliver its high-quality, industry-specific training and services to its clients throughout North America. Although the company has undergone many growth spurts and changes, its mission has remained the same to deliver the best, most effective training and services to the automotive service industry!
